Brad Phillips
Brad
is the 2001 & 2003 State of Michigan Old Time Fiddle Champion. Aside
from fiddle, Brad plays mandolin, guitar, and dobro. He has performed
all over the Midwest, including The Ark and Hill Auditorium, playing with
professional artists such as Byron Berline, Mark
O'Connor, Natalie McMaster, Jeff White, and The Chieftains. He was a member
of the Michigan Youth Symphony at the University of Michigan for two years
and was also a member of the All-State Symphony Orchestra at the Interlochen
Arts Camp. Brad is currently a jazz studies major at the University of
Michigan, and is part of the faculty at the Mark O'Connor Fiddle Camp.
