Millish wins International Acoustic Music Award!

Deja vu!

The votes are in and Millish has been selected to recieve 1st place in the open category for the 2006 International Acoustic Music Awards. Jesse Mason's composition "Hungry Man #1" was submitted in late 2005 to be considered for the award. The Awards committee had this to say after hearing Hungry Man:

"It is an exciting fusion creation unlike anything we've heard."

The votes are in and Millish has been selected to recieve 1st place in the open category for the 2005 International Acoustic Music Awards. Tyler Duncan's composition "The Mighty Pickle" was submitted in late 2004 to be considered for the award. The Awards committee had this to say after hearing the Pickle:

"Millish is exciting, different and energetic. This acoustic group hails from Ann Arbor, MI and has an interesting combination of Folk and Jazz influences . Fiddle and Irish flute blend very well in the song “The Mighty Pickle”. Watch out for this group, they will go places!"
